I try to use reclaimed wood to make cribbage boards. I also use wood that is given to me.
First I plane the wood.
Next I cut the wood down to 20" x 4". This is the size of my steel template.
I use a drill press to drill all the holes.
I sand the boards.
I stamp "Le Pew" for the skunk line, with my name, year made and number board on the back.
I failed to mention: I was dovetailing to make peg holders on the boards. I now am using magnets to make the peg holders.
Last part of process is I polyuthene both sides of the board, using a compresser and sprayer.
